The Indian Statistical Institute publishes Sankhyā, the Indian Journal of Statistics founded by Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis in 1933. He was its editor till his death.
The journal is now published in two series: A and B. The current Editorial Board of Sankhyā consists of :

Events / Updates
The entire 80th volume, to be published in 2018, is dedicated to PC Mahalanobis as part of the celebration of his one hundred and twenty-fifth birth anniversary.
In addition, Sankhyā Series B is expected to bring out a PCM special issue on Econometrics in 2019.
Besides the above, two issues, one for each Series, will be published in memory of J. K. Ghosh.
